When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus a general restocking fee of $5.95 (if it is compression garments they are subject to$4.95 a pair). All returns require a return authorization number from YourHealthSupplier.com. All returns must be in new, unused and resalable condition and contain the original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Order returns after 30 days can be turned down or subject to a 15% restocking fee please ask first.
(Karman & VQ ActionCare products are subjuect to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the outbound shipping)

YourHealthSupplier.com will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receipt of incorrect or defective item. Otherwise return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping or a low rate of shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping or the shipping rate is lower then the actual shipping, our original actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund issued you.
Due to health and hygienic reasons, we will not accept the following returns:
Bathroom Safety Products, such as raised toilet seats, bath/shower transfer benches, grab bars, bathroom wheelchairs, tub bars, bath lifts, commodes, etc.
Sterile items, and products that are made unusable once opened (incontinence products, creams, sprays, etc.)
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
