Our website is open for orders 24/7. Our customer service department is open MON-Thu from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fri 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.

How do I get Free Shipping? 
Any order over $35.00 is Free Shipping, no exceptions.
What is your Money back Policy?
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus a general restocking fee of $3.95 and compression garments have a restocking fee of $4.95 a pair.  All returns require a return authorization number from YourHealthSupplier.com. All returns must be in new, unused and resalable condition and contain the original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. YourHealthSupplier.com will cover the return shipping costs and wave any restocking fee if the return is a result of our error, such as receipt of incorrect or defective item. Otherwise return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense along with the restocking fee.

Are your prices competitive? 

Our prices are at incredible discounts along with our Free Shipping, if you feel that an item can be beat some place else, please let us know kn the contact us page and we will try to beat it. 

Is my purchase online safe with you?

Do you accept Medicare or other form of Insurance?

We are not able to file insurance claims for you.  We will send you an invoice of your order that you can submit to your insurance company or Medicare.

Our system will calculate your order based on weight and shipping location and give you the fastest and cheapest option available,

We ship within the continental US excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Protectorates, APO/FPO.

Where is your company located?

Our corporate offices are located in New York; however we service the entire nation with our mail order delivery service. We come to you, so you do not have to go anywhere!

What forms of payment do you take?

For your convenience, we now accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and Paypal.

When will my products arrive?

The arrival date of your product will vary depending on the product you select and your place of residence. Most products are delivered to you in just two to four business days.

What if I do not want the product after I get it?

No problem, you have up to 30 days to return the products for full refund or exchange from the date of the order. Note: The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. All Incontinence, bathroom safety, ostomy etc products due to the nature of that product line must be unopened; meaning not only the inner bags but the cases must be unopened as well. Also other products that require being sold sterile or other possible reasons must be unopened (Please contact us if you have any concerns).

Who would pay the freight for the return?

Freight charges would be your responsibility, unless the returned items were shipped to you in error.
